Booking dAPP (web3)

Decentralrealty is building an distributed booking engine that uses Smart Nodes and the Hedera Consensus Service (HCS). The Booking dAPP will allow act as a decentralized, auditable logs of immutable and timestamped events, such as rental transactions and income payments.

Bookings will be wrapped up in a custom NFT and ownership of the token is be transferable. The attributes of the token will be:

token_name
booking_start_date
booking_end_date

The Booking dAPP will be a key component to bridge the transition from web2 to web3. While the web3 ecosystem develops, Decentralrealty will still leverage web2 components to bring income streams and utility from the property projects to web 3.

The expected rollout of the Booking dAPP will be at the end of Q2 2023.
