**Decentralrealty's** mission is to democratize real estate transactions by making real estate investments accessible to a broader audience. To accomplish this vision, Decentralrealty  will work with property owners to devise a bespoke structure based on NFT's staking and rewards that will provide property owners with upfront income and lower their business risk in exchange for a share of the future income derived from the underlying property asset. Each property project can be organised as a DAO ("Decentralised Autonomous Organisation") that will mint its own NFT collection.  Buyers will be able to purchase these NFT’s  directly from DecentralRealty's Platform. The NFT will then be tradeable on secondary decentralized exchanges ("DEXs") or other marketplaces to provide token owners with liquidity. By using the established principles in DEFI, token owners will also be able to avoid the fees charged by expensive intermediaries and keep more of the returns for themselves.
