DecentralRealty was formed in May 2022 by Jasim Puthucheary to take advantage of innovations in the DEFI space. In particular Jasim's vision is that DeFI has the potential to revolutionize asset securitization.

Jasim brings his experience from over 30 years in Corporate Finance, Private Equity and Business Operations. He is directly involved in business transformation through process reengineering and automation.
